I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 11 years of experience in mental health therapy. I earned my Master’s degree from Utah State University in 2014 and currently provide telehealth services in both Montana and Utah. I also see a limited number of clients in person in Helena, Montana.

I accept private pay as well as BCBS, Allegiance, PacificSource, Montana Medicaid, Mountain Co-op, United Health Care and Aetna insurance.

I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodiverse individuals. I have training in minority stress and gender-affirming care, and extensive experience with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, attachment issues, college mental health, and addiction.
